Our engagement process uses a rigorous gating process to ensure successful deployment centered on customer requirements. Gates are presented here in sequence but activities related to gates are sequenced to meet the needs and schedule of each project and may overlap.
Building a high level view of project scope ahead of requirements, Product Definition and Project Charter
Support for regulatory filing in terms of data and information related to use cases, existing customers, telematics behaviour, regulatory and privacy strategy, just to name a few.
Charter and Work Plan
Development of a highly effective project governance to assure on-time, on-budget delivery of requirements; conception of a detailed project charter, forecasting tasks and delivery dates, and Product Definition.
Training for user requirements and final Product Definitions; client’s core team members actively participate.
User Stories Requirements
Detailed requirements are all gathered and review sessions take place on existing key systems that will require integration. Any identified new requirements are gathered and documented.
Designing the architecture capable of supporting all the requirements
Development and Testing
Using Agile development methodologies, requirements are built fully functional and testable in Sprints of 3 week duration including internal QA. Feedback is provided to further focus the product and additional features my be added.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Acceptance testing confirms that the end-to-end product functionality and integration are ready for launch. Clients may choose to undertake further tests with internal users, employees or a selected group of friendly users.
Implementation and Deployment
All activity planning for launch is performed including marketing and communication. A managed transfer of all accepted features is finalized on the production platforms. Once operational, the system is monitored in accordance to our standard SLA. Customer feedback is constantly gathered to build a backlog of new enhancements.
Once fully deployed, all tools necessary for iteration are available in the Command Center. Web services can be added or adjusted as necessary to ensure a fully flexible system that will grow alongside the business.

Confluence is where we create, organize and discuss work with the teams. Confluence is the world’s most popular commercial enterprise wiki that lets you edit and share wiki pages, documents and rich content in a secure manner. It is a platform for us to collaborate across teams and share business knowledge. Baseline creates a Confluence space for every insurer and provides access to the platform to members of the team delivering the project.
